Artfully Composed Suite

 

This is a fun card using the Artfully Composed Suite.

It is can be found on pages 32-34 in the Spring Mini.

Check out the stitching around the edges.

This is the the Stitched With Whimsy Dies.

I did a fun z fold card.

This is what it looks like when the card it opened up.

Notice how the white square is just a little 

bigger than the black square on the front, so that when

the card is folded it shut it shows.

On this card I used the black & white dots

instead of the Old Olive stripes.

 

Yes- I stamped the words onto Basic White card stock

& then fussy cut them out with scissors.

Dahlia Days Bundle

 

WOW!

Isn't this just a gorgeous card!!

 

Check out this 'Dahlia Days' Bundle! 

Yes- this die cut lace like flower images are part 

of the Detailed Dahlias Dies.

These can be found on page 35 in the Spring Mini.

How did I make the frame?

1. I used 2nd to the largest Scalloped Contours Dies. 
2. Then cut a piece of Basic White card that measures 2 3/4 x 4 1/8"& die cut the Stitched Rectangle out of the middle of it. 
3. I die cut the lace flowers out of 2 1/2 x 3 3/4" Fresh Freesia card stock & taped this to the backside of the stitched rectangle piece- using my Tear & Tape along the edge.
4.  Then I adhered this to the Scalloped Contours Rectangle.

*Note- I did not used the rectangle piece I cut out of the 

middle on this card- I saved it for another card someday.

• Thick Basic White- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base

Awhhhh! 

Check out this adorable spring card.

I love the way it turned out.

This is a totally Susie card.

I used the 'Kite Delight' stamp set.

You'll never guess where this Balmy Blue DSP came from.

It is from the You're A Peach DSP on page 134 in the Annual Catalog.

This DSP is retiring soon!!

New Horizons Suite

 I used the New Horizon DSP, along with the 

'On the Horizon' bundle to make the pretty sympathy card.

Check out how I used the On the Horizon DSP as main focal point.

I stamped the words, birds & grass directly onto the DSP.

 Isn't this pretty!

It is clean, simple & so peaceful looking.

The fence is die cut from Crumb Cake card stock using the Horizon Dies.

Flowering Rain Boots Bundle

 It is SIMPLE SATURDAY!

With all of the rain we've had lately I thought that these 

rain boots were very fitting.

Look how I punch out the words with the 

Rectangle Postage Stamp Punch.

I slid the left side of this back into the punch from the top,

lined it up & punch it to make it square.

Friends of the Forest little bunny

 

Check it out.....

I did some coloring with my Watercolor Pencils & Blender Pens

when making this tree card from the 'Friends of the Forest' stamp set.

I stamped, colored & fussy cut out the little bunny & birdie too.

I then popped them up with dimensionals.

 

I added some green grass using a Garden Green ink pad & Blender Brush

along the lower part of the Basic White card stock.

 This little bunny could be a cute Easter card too!

Easter Friends (chick)

Here is a cute Easter chick, using the 'Easter Friends' stamp set.

I stamped the chick using Basic Gray ink pad

& then colored it with my Light & Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends.

His feet & beak were colored with my Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blend.
