Here are the supplies & measurements.stamp set: 

stamp set:  'Ornamental Christmas' (words)

card stock:

• Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
• Basic Black- 3 3/4 x 5"
• Basic White- 3 7/8 x 5 1/8"
• Basic White- 3" strip- die cut circle
• Basic White- 1 3/4" strip- stamp words onto & die cut circle
• Basic White- 3 3/4 x 5"- for inside of card
• Gold Foil- 2 1/2" strip- die cut circle

designer paper:  Modern Christmas Specialty DSP- Online Exclusive

• various strips of scraps that are approx 5 1/2" long by 3/8" to 3/4" wide.
• Punch out cluster of trees directly from DSP using 2" Circle Punch 

ink:  Memento
Stampin' Blends:  Old Olive
