I made another cute Halloween card using the
#166191- Spooky Sweet Specialty DSP= $16.50 Online Exclusive
This card is a fun z fold flap card!
The card looks like this when it is opened all the way up.
Notice how the front flap folds back into a z fold.
This is the back side of the card base.
Notice how I cut a section of card stock out on the front & bottom to make the 'flap' part.
*Base card= 4 1/4 x 9 1/2"- score at 5 1/2 & 7 3/4"
*Cut out a rectangle on the top & the bottom of the card front as show.
*Do this by cutting down 1" from the top &
1" from the bottom on the scored fold line as shown above.
*Remove/cut out these 2 rectangle pieces.
Here is the pattern on how I cut the base of my card.
stamp sets:
*'Fright Night'- words on outside of card
*'Spooky Halloween' - words on inside of card
card stock:
*Basic Black- 4 1/4 x 9 1/2"- score at 5 1/2" & 7 3/4"- cut off top & bottom rectangles as shown on my pattern above.
*Basic Black- 2 1/4 x 4 1/4"
*Basic Black- 2 x 4 1/4"
*Granny Apple Green- 2 1/2 x 4 1/2"
*Granny Apple Green- 3 1/2" strip- stamp words & die cut
*Granny Apple Green- 2 1/4 x 3 1/2"
*Basic White- 1 3/4 x 3"
*Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
designer paper:
*Spooky Sweet Specialty DSP-
* 2 x 4" (x2)
*pre-cut cauldron & bubbles
ink: Memento
other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Fright Night Dies; Wink of Stella (added over the bubbles); Shimmer Star Foam Stickers; dimensionals
