I did the Faux Wood Carving Technique using the
#165597- (Glass &) Gardens Embossing Folder(s)= $9.00 set of 2.
Aren't they neat!
This is the DEBOSSED side with the flowers/leaves going downward.
*Then with the embossed side upward, I scored every 1/2" to make the lines onto the cardstock,
using my Simply Scored Scoring Tool
*Then "very lightly" drag ink pads over the embossed flowers/leaves.
*Use Crumb Cake, then Pecan Pie & then Early Espresso ink pads.
*Add Gems
stamp set: 'Artistic Leaves'
card stock:
- Early Espresso- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2- score at 2 1/8" 6 3/8"- fold for card base
- Early Espresso- 1/4 x 3 3/4"
- Crumb Cake- 4 x 5"
- Crumb Cake- 1/2" strip- flag end with Scissors
- Very Vanilla- 3 3/4 x 5"- emboss using Garden Embossing Folder
- Very Vanilla- 3 3/4 x 5"- for inside of card
inks: Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso
other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder; Simply Scored Scoring Tool; Iridescent Foil Gems; dimensionals
