card stock:

• Lemon Lolly- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for card base
• Lemon Lolly- 1/2 x 5 1/4"
• Old Olive- 4 x 5 1/4"
• Old Olive- 4 1/4" strip- die cut label
• Basic White- 4" strip- stamp words onto & then die cut label
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card

designer paper:  Floral Impressions DSP-

• 3 3/4 x 4 1/2"- cut into 3 strips that measure 1 1/2" wide

ink:  Old Olive
other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine; Mossy Meadow & Gold 1/4" Ribbon; Low-Profile Sparkle Dots (green); dimensionals; glue dots
