Check out this cute Christmas tree card!
I made this card for a team retreat I had last month.
Isn't it cute!
I love the way it turned out.
This is a great way to use your dsp strips.
The inspiration for this card came from my dear demonstrator friend Lorri Heiling.
Here are the supplies & measurements.
stamp set: Decorative Tree (words)
card stock:
- Garden Green- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
- Garden Green- 1 1/4" strip- punch with Modern Oval Punch
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder; then die cut tree using Decorative Tree Dies
- Basic White- 1x4"- tear in half for snow drifts
- Basic White-1" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with Modern Oval Punch
- Basic White- 3 1/2 x 4 3/4"- for inside of card
designer paper: Take A Bow DSP-
- MANY 1/2" strips of different patterns of DSP- adhere to 2 3/4 x 3 1/2" piece of Basic White card stock & adhere to the back side of the Basic White embossed tree card front.
ink: Garden Green
other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Decorative Tree Dies; Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder; Specialty Plate; Modern Oval Punch; Natural Tones Linen Thread (Garden Green); dimensionals; glue dots; Wink of Stella
