This technique & similar card was shown at Leadership by Brandi.

I totally fell in love with it & was waiting for the perfect time to share it.

supplies:  Big Shot, Starburst Framelits, 3" Circle Die, 1" Circle Punch, dimensionals

other:  Teal Sharpie Magic Marker to color the Rhinestones
