Good morning.

This is one tired grandma!  

Been a crazy past 2 weeks.....with sick boys & their big party & all.  

I've been sick with the cough the past 2 days & feel terrible.  

Too much to do to be down....

Here is Steven's birthday card.  Can you believe that I tired punch art again....this was a challenge as I wanted to use current punches- so this is as close to a wrench as I could get.  Steven is a very talented guy- with tools, computers, photography, etc!  So I wanted to make a card that was fitting to him.

Yesterday I watched the boys at the Seeley residence so that I could clean & help get some things done for the twins party.

Brody was still not feeling the best, but was in good humor.

He even took a 2 1/2 hour morning & afternoon naps.

Thus- that alone tells you he isn't himself, as he is our energizer bunny that sleeps very little.

Hope he slept well last night & is raring to go today so we can all enjoy their big birthday bash.

I'm off to the Seeley residence soon for the day to help do some cleaning, cooking & decorating for the twins party.

We have several family & friends joining us- so looking forward to a fun evening.

My friend Cherie is making their birthday cakes- so I will have to post pictures to show you.

She is so talented & her cakes are adorable & so yummy!

Their birthday theme is Dr. Seuss- Thing 1 & Thing 2, along with Red & Blue & polka dots.

So I can't wait to see what Cherie comes up with for decorating their cakes.

NOTE the Champagne Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol, that I sprayed on the card to add the sparkle to it.

I took Brody back to the dr yesterday (Manda met me there).  He got some new meds.  He has an ear infection & a bad/deep cough.  Wow- the past 2 weeks hasn't been fun with them being sick.  Feel so bad for the poor little guys!!  Hope his new meds work & we are on the uphill slide now!  Tomorrow is the twins 1st Birthday Bash- so we need happy, healthy little guys.

Today is our son-in-law Steven's birthday!!  Manda & Steven started dating when she was in 7th grade & he was in 8th grade.....so he is has been around for along time & is like one of our own kids.  He is a great husband & wonderful daddy!  We are blessed to have him in our family.  Wishing him a special day!
