A beautiful bouquet of flowers!!!

With Mother's Day this coming Sunday, I thought this would be a great card to share.  This is another one of the cards we did at my STYC last month.

The flowers pull up & are attached to a card.  The flower pot is the holder- so it is like a pocket card.

'Mixed Bunch'
cs:  Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink, So Saffron, Lucky Limeade, Chocolate Chip
ink:  Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink
supplies:  Blossom Bouquet punch (RETIRING), basic pearls, Blossoms Petals Builder punch, Pretty in Pink Satin ribbon, glue dots, dimensionals, Scallop Edge Border punch, Blossom punch

Technique- direct to paper on the flower pot.

LOVELY DAY.......for 'Lovely As A Tree'

Good morning!

Today is a lovely day to post this card.  It is made with one of my all time favorite stamp sets- 'Lovely As A Tree'.  I was so happy to see that this set is going to be around again for the upcoming catalog year!

This is one of the cards I did at my STYC last month.

The background is done with the technique called 'wood grain'.  I made it using the new Simply Scoring tool.

*Make the lines on your cs with your Simply Scoring tool.
*Take your ink pad & rub it lightly over the top of the card stock.

Super easy!  Super fun!  Super cool!

Guy cards are sometimes hard to design.  This card makes a great guy card.  It could also be used as a sympathy card, etc.

I have all 3 boys again today!  Aunt Kathy is going to come get Brayden for awhile so he can help Uncle Jerry mow with tractor/bat wing & do things on the farm.

Happy Monday!!!

Wow- starting out my day hurrying to get a few things done before all of my 3 boys get here!  Know Brayden will be excited to get to spend some time with Brody & Drake today.  We missed the twins when we were gone.

I had a fun workshop yesterday!!  Sue had some yummy food, great company & everyone created some cute cards!!

Here is a quick post.....I still have TONS of cutting to do before my workshop today.  YIKES!

Sue is my hostess & she has a big group coming to stamp with us!  I have some CUTE cards to share.  I'll see them soon!

It is a simple/elegance wedding card.  Seems like summer time is full of weddings.

I have my bags unpacked (nothing put away), my laundry done & still have a weeks worth of mail to go through.  I created & cut CS all day in between loads of laundry.

We went to Bradyen's house last night for a yummy BD supper.  April made him an adorable Scooby Do cake.  It was great to get to see the rest of our family.  :)  I can't believe how much the twins have grown & changed the weeks we were away. 

Ok- gotta get back to cutting card stock.
