HI!

I wanted to share this simple card with you.  

I think that the black scallop along the bottom just sets off the whole card.  

If you are on my list & having a birthday this month, this will be the card you will end up getting from me someday~ as I am so far behind this month.....I am sorry!! 

 I haven't forgotten you!

I try to get all of my cards for each month done at the beginning of the month & all ready to mail out....but that hasn't happened yet this month.   

I have had tons of stamp classes (YEAH) & haven't found a spare night to stamp yet. 

But this is my card for February!  

I now have it created & cut.  Need to find time to get it all stamped & put together & in the mail to everyone!  I will get it done sometime soon- promise!

'Very Vinage'- Sale-a-bration stamp set

Happy Presidents Day!!  

There is no school in Sigourney today so I have the day off & am working on my taxes.  

I have piles all over my family room floor to sort & organize! 

 I honestly don't want to work on them today- I'd rather be stamping- but I have to get them done.  

 

On February 5th I posted a sneak peek of this pretty card- but here you can see it all.

This is a card that I did at Cathy's workshop and I will be sharing it a couple of other workshops I have coming up soon!

Flirtatious Specialty Designer paper

ink:  Wisteria Wonder & Elegant Eggplant- doing the rock & roll technique.

supplies:  Basic pearl, White Organza ribbon, scallop circle #2 die,  new large Sizzlits Paper Doily die, Adorning Accents Edgelits die

NOTE:  I cut the Doily out of a white coffee filter!  

A demonstrator friend (Beverly) shared this on her blog & I loved it!!!

I LOVE the new Labels Collection & Hearts Collection Framelit dies!  They come in a cute little plastic storage keeper. 

Shown here is what I have done with mine....I took a clear stamp case (pg. 205- set of 4 for $5.95) & cut a piece of magnet sheet (pg. 216- set of 3 (6x13") for $9.95).
This is where I keep my framelits so that they don't get lost. 

BUT you could easily cut the magnet sheet the size of the plastic storage keeper that it comes with & keep them in it too and use this as your storage container.

Neat huh!!
