supplies:  Big Shot, Square Lattice embossing folder, paper piercing tool & mat pack, silver brads, XL oval punch

NOTE:  The silver is tape that I bought in the hardware department that you use to wrap heat ducts.  It is sticky on one side & works great to run through the Big Shot.  You could use aluminum foil too. 

Guy cards aren't always the easiest for me to come up with.

I think this one turned out cute though!

Today is my big 'All Occasions' card class! 

I got up bright & early this morning (or should I just say I didn't sleep much last night).  

I am getting ready to head out soon for Hiawatha to spend my day stamping with many friends & customers there!  

We have some new gals joining us that I've never met before- so I'm excited about that too!  

I'm looking forward to sharing my love of stamping with all of them!!!

I've just about got all of my supplies packed up.  

I've also been cooking some yummy food.

Now to get the car loaded & on my way.

Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband!

Today is our 28th wedding anniversary!

Gosh.....doesn't seem like it has been that many years together.  

This is a picture of us taken on our Stampin' UP! cruise to Alaska in May.

I look forward to spending many more happy years together with you!

We were blessed with 2 beautiful children & 3 precious grandsons.  

I couldn't have asked for more.

I've been very busy here getting ready for my weekend stamp classes.  I have my big 'All Occasions' class tomorrow in Hiawatha & Lana is having a workshop on Sunday.  I've been a busy bee creating, cutting, cooking & getting stuff packed up!!  Lots to do!

Today I'll have all 3 of my favorite little guys here at grandmas!!  So no more stampin' until tonight.

Flower Fest is such a cool stamp set!

It has so many punches that coordinate with it & we all love that, as not many of us like to have to cut things out. 

This fun birthday card was one that was on a Stampin' UP! display board that I took a picture of, so I am not sure who created it.  

BUT I really like it..... 

It is so bright & cheery!  It reminds me of spring!

Here is a spring garden of paper clip flowers!!

Hi! 
Aren't these cute!!!  They would add a breath of fresh air to brighten anyone's desk wouldn't they!

Just punch out 2 flowers, distress their edges, put a dimensional on the back of one of them, put a paperclip between them & stick the 2 flowers together to create these paperclip flowers.

Want to make them a little more fancy?  Then try putting them into an embossing folder to give them some added dimension & texture. 

Note:  I distressed the edges of these flower with my finger nails (or you could use the bone folder too).

Today is the anniversary celebration party for my Mom & Dick. Happy Anniversary to them!!!

We are all getting together tonight for a nice supper to celebrate my Mom & Dick's 25th wedding anniversary!

Wishing them many more happy years together.

We don't get all together very often.

I really like it!!
Lots of detail, but so easy to do with my Stampin' UP! punches!!
And you know me....I love the elegance of black & white cards.
I don't think you can ever go wrong creating with black & white.
I added Cherry Cobbler to this one for an accent.
