Nest of Winter cards

Check out these pretty cards!

They are clean & simple, but I love the way they turned out.

 

They are all made out of one sheet of DSP.

As I made several of these cards using the 

#164183- Nests of Winter 12x12 DSP= $12.50 Holiday Catalog pg. 31. 

Neat huh!

 

As I actually got 8 different cards out of just one sheet of 12x12" dsp.

The dsp on these cards each measure 3 x 5".

Since the birds were in different locations 

I just adhered my word strip in different spots.

 

I had a bunch of thank you cards I needed to send out lately,

so I made several of these bird cards!

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Full of Life' (words)

card stock:

• Thick Basic White- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
  
• Early Espresso- 3 1/4 x 5 1/4"
  
• Early Espresso- 1 x 4 1/4" strip- for front of card
  
• Basic White- 1 3/4" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with Labeled With Love Punch
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Nests of Winter

ink:  Early Espresso

other:  Labeled With Love Punch; Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio (white); dimensional
