'Painted Harvest'

I LOVE this stamp set!!  It is probably one of my very favorite ones in the Holiday Catalog.  It is called- 'Painted Harvest'!!!  It just has so much versatility!

CHECK out the card I made HERE using this exact same layout with 'Colorful Seasons' stamp set!
stamp set:  'Painted Harvest' & 'Burlap' Background
card stock:  Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Whisper White
ink:  Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede

other:  Jute Twine, Copper Ribbon, Dimensionals, Glue Dots

I made this card using the left over pieces from the 'Colorful Seasons' card I posted the link to above.  It is pretty cool to think that they are both very pretty cards, but look so differently.

Last month I offered card kits to those that purchased the 'Carols of Christmas' Bundle.  This month I'm offering card kits to those that purchase this 'Painted Harvest' Bundle- the stamp set & the Leaf Punch!

I have created another cute card using the 'Painted Harvest' stamp set for all of my monthly September classes.  I'll be posting it sometime later this week for you to see.

The Seeley boys went back to the doctor.  Drake is on some different meds.  I hope everyone else is on the uphill side!!!  Gosh- we've sure had our share of different cruds the past few weeks around here.

We went & voted for the school elections last night.  And then came home to finalize orders & went to bed early since we were up so early to sell hogs.  I had hoped to stamp, but that just didn't happen.

This morning Deke is up early to chore & he'll be heading to Mt. Pleasant to meetings all day.  I'm off to go pick up all of the kids for the day, take the twins to school & spend my day with Trey, Masen & Ainslee.

Tonight we'll be going to watch the boys play football.

Gotta run.....
I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!!
Happy Stamping!

'Carols of Christmas'

Here is a Night of Navy, Whisper White & Silver card.  It is a really pretty card- especially in person, as the photo doesn't capture it well at all.

I used the Woodand Embossing Folder on the Night of Navy card stock- which looks really cool!

And then check out the glitter trees that I used with the Silver Glimmer Paper. I added a little strip of the Mini Silver Sequins too to give it some more dimension.
stamp set:  'Carols of Christmas'
card stock:  Thick Whisper White, Night of Navy, Whisper White Silver Foil, Silver Glimmer paper
ink:  Night of Navy
other:  Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Layering Squares Framelits, Card Builder Front Thinlits, Silver Mini Sequins Trim, Glue Dots, Dimensionals

Yesterday Trey was still sick, but on the uphill side I think.  He kept everything down, ate & drank a little & slept alot!  I pray everyone stays healthy!  We've sure had our battle lately with sick kids.  And it isn't fun for any of us.

Last night was Grandparents PEO Spagetti Supper at the Elementary.  So Deke & I took the 3 older boys & went to it.  It was nice!!  They had Bingo to play & we played on the playground.  We then took Brayden to football practice & stopped to buy the Seeley boys slushies on the way home.

I placed orders from my weekends classes & connected with my hostesses last night.  It was a short night of sleeping, as this morning I'm a farmer!  Deke & I are up at 4 am to mark, sort & load hogs again!!!  I'll then come in, shower & go take the twins to school & spend my day with Trey, Masen & Ainslee again.  Tonight I hope to get to stamp some before calling it a night!!!!

Gotta run.....
I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!!
Happy Stamping!

'Carols of Christmas'

Clean, simple & elegant!  Those are words that I think of when I look at this card!!!  I love it!  it is a totally Susie card for sure.

This is one of the many cards I created using the 'Carols of Christmas' stamp set & coordinating Card Builder Framelits. You can see those card by CLICKING HERE!

It is just Smoky Slate & Whisper White- so very neutral.  But be sure you look closely at the dotted Acetate Designer Paper.  It is SO COOL!  I used the silver side of the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate- #141653- pg. 194 in the Annual Catalog for $12.  One side of this is silver or you just turn it over & it is gold.  Super neat!

This morning we are up early at 5 am to mark, sort  & load a semi of hogs.  I'll then hurry in to shower & finish getting things all set up for another monthly stamp class I'm having here at our home this morning.

This afternoon & tonight I'll be cutting more card stock- getting ready for my monthly stamp class I have in N. Liberty tomorrow!!

This is one of the cards that was included in the 'Carols of Christmas' KIT that I offered to my customers who purchased this bundle from me last month.

I also used this card as one of the projects at my Iowa Inkers Team meeting that I had a couple of weeks ago.  Everyone attending that demonstrator training day got to make this card too.

A 'Gracefull Rose'

OH boy......I fussy cut out this rose & the leaves & honestly it wasn't bad at all.  I sure love the way this card turned out.  It is every clean, simple & very elegant!

I added the clear Wink of Stella over the rose, so it just shimmers in person!

This card was created with left over pieces that were laying on my stamping table.  It is kinda fun to see what you can create with some messed up pieces you originally weren't going to use.
I love the 3 strips of DSP I used through the middle of this card.  I think that it just really dresses it up!

I sent this card to a friend for her birthday!  And I hope she liked it!

'Spooky Cat'

Here is another adorable little Halloween black cat card!

This card is one of the many projects I created for those attending my Iowa Inkers Team meeting last Saturday.

So I told you a few days ago I was so addicted to this Cat punch, Card Front Builders Thinlits (for the moon & stars) & this fence!  Isn't this just soooo cute!

We have a black cat named Lucky that lives with us & actually I grew up with a black cat too (named Jasper).  So I am partial to black cats & I love Halloween too!  So I'm having lots of fun with this new stamp set, coordinating DSP & Cat punch!  I have a cute fun fold card using these 3 items to share sometime soon, as they are one of the many projects I've created for my upcoming Halloween Treats classes that I'm having later this month.

stamp sets:  'Garden Girl' (for the fence) & 'Spooky Cat' (for the words)
card stock:  Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla

I have had a super busy week with kids & sick kids to top it off.  I'm tired of going to the dr.  But hopefully we are finally on the uphill side & everyone will be healthy.  Drake has pneumonia & is on some strong meds, so he is feeling better.  And Ainslee has an ear infection & she is now on some meds too.  HOPEFULLY they are better soon & everyone else stays healthy for awhile.

I'm off this morning to go get my hair cut.  I'm then come home to bake a birthday cake & then I'm going to Manda's to help her get ready for everyone to join us at their home tonight for the twins 6th birthday party!!!  I know the boys are excited & it will be a fun time!  With all we've been through in the past 6 weeks with Brody's accident, we are truly blessed & so grateful to be able to celebrate their special day!!

Gotta run.......I hope you have a SENSATIONAL Saturday!!
Happy Stamping!

OH gosh........it isn't too early for thinking about to Christmas is it?  I just couldn't wait to play with some more new things from the Holiday Catalog & this cute stamp set was one of them.

This stamp set is called- 'Watercolor Christmas'.  I just love the words, font & the tree images in the stamp set.
So what do you think?  This would be a perfect card for mass producing wouldn't it!

AND check out the cool plaid DSP from the Quilted Christmas 6x6 Stack.

This Real Red & Garden Green are just pretty traditional Christmas colors!

stamp set:  'Watercolor Christmas'
card stock:  Real Red, Garden Green, Whisper White
