Lots of love!

Here are a lot of Valentines that I made.  Wish I had time to make more.  I love the Stacked with Love Designer Paper Stack & the Sweetheart Punch.  You can't get much simpler- yet still very elegant at the same time.  None of these cards above are the same.  I cut the 3 base layers the same & then played from there with scraps & punches.  It is kinda fun to do that to see what different layouts you come up with.
This is one of my favorite ones.  I love the XO's print.  And I love the script word "love" from the 'Hello Life' stamp set too.  This is just clean & simple!  And I honestly can't even remember who the lucky person is that I sent it to.  My mail lady is going to be surprised when she picks up our mail today as I have a whole mailbox full of cards in it for her to take for me.

Woo Hoo- tonight is my monthly Stampin' Night here at our home.  I have a big group that have rspv'd to join me.  I'm looking forward to seeing everyone & stamping.  Last month we had snow & terrible weather so only a hand full of the ladies got to come stamp with me.  Tonight it is suppose to be rather cold- but thankfully there isn't any snow in the forecast.

I'm off to pick up the boys here soon.  Deke & I were both up super early this morning.  I was scrubbing my floors & cleaning & Deke was choring, as he has to head out really early today for meetings he has in Des Moines all day.  Hopefully he'll get home in time to do the nighttime chores & then he has another meeting tonight to attend too.

Last night I got all of the above Valentines cards made.  Plus I burnt the midnight oil folding & cutting card stock for tonight's class.  I'll get tables/chairs & supplies all set up when the boys leave & finish getting ready for a fun girls night out stampin' party!   I'm especially excited as my sister-in-law Sheryl just got back to Iowa last night from their home in New Jersey & I haven't seen her for several months.  She is joining us tonight for my stampin' class!

I hope you have a very special Thursday!!
Happy Stamping!

The twins with their heart artwork!

Here is Brody with his Valentines hat & artwork he made!
And
Here is Drake with his Valentines hat & artwork he made!

Check out how they are almost an identical mirror images!  I just gave them each a piece of paper with I Love You written on it & a glue stick.  I had about 30 cut out hearts laying on the table & they put them where they wanted to.  It still amazes me that they chose the same number of hearts & put them on the pieces of paper opposite of each other!

They were pretty proud!  And so was Grandma!

A pretty bow!

Here is one of the cards I created for my February classes.  I love this new Bow Builder Punch.  Check out the cute bow I made....it is different from the others I've made using it.  I like the "tails" hanging down like this.
And what do you think of these cool words?  They are from the new Hello You Thinlit dies set in the Occasions Catalog.
This is a card that could be for many different occasions.  I really like it!  Do you?  This is a clean & simple card, yet a very elegant one.

We had a fun time yesterday.  The twins made Valentines & heart hats.  It is amazing how their personalities reflected in the projects.  I took pictures, I just need to get them downloaded.  I should share them.  It is often discussed how twins can be mirror imaged.  Well- I often think there are things they do that are mirrored.  And the heart Valentines that they made is definitely a mirror imaged project.

Brayden & Nathan were here last night.  Deke had a meeting.  Nathan was in the shop some.  So Brayden helped me rearrange & clean in the family room.  He is such a good little helper!

I'm off to Manda's this morning to pick up the boys.  We have to take Brayden to school this morning too- so Nathan will drop him off at Mandan's about 7:30.  Then Brayden will be here after school for awhile again tonight, as Nathan has a Jr. High game to referee after he gets off of work.  Sarah is in Missouri for work again all week this week.  I need to work on getting things ready for my stamp group to come on Thursday night too.....so hope to get alot accomplished when the boys are all gone home tonight.

I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!!
Happy Stamping!

card stock:  Blackberry Bliss, Perfect Plum, Very Vanilla
ink:  Blackberry Bliss; Pear Pizzazz

Wow- Andrea had a huge stampin' party yesterday!!  We all had a great time visiting & stamping together.  I will post the cards we did at her party yesterday later this week.  The 6 cards we made there are also the 6 cards that we'll be making at my Stampin' class here on Thursday night & at my 2 classes I have on Sunday too.

I stopped to see my friend Judy on my way home last night to give her some cards & a belated birthday gift.  It was great to see her!  We all missed her coming to stamp with us.

I'm off to pick up my boys.  I haven't seen them since late on Friday- so looking forward to spending my day with them.  Deke is off to a meeting this morning & then has another one tonight.  I'll be home catching up on laundry & entering orders from this past weekends parties.

I hope you have a MARVELOUS Monday!!
Happy Stamping!

Best Day Ever!

Here is a super quick post....this is another card I created with the This Day Project Life Mini Card Collection.  Super clean & simple.  Do you notice the cute little button & coordinating ribbon on this card?  Those are also a Sale-a-bration choice too called Best Year Ever Accessories.
I will update this post soon with a supply list.

I'm off this morning to my monthly stamp class in North Liberty.  Andrea is our hostess today.  I have 6 Spring cards to share with them.  I think they turned out cute & can't wait for everyone joining us today to make them.

Yesterday Brayden spent the day with me.  He visited with me & played with his farm stuff while I created & cut cardstock.  We took him to his other grandparents on our way to Ottumwa for a 10-15 Transit Supper/Meeting.  This is one of the boards that Deke serves on.  It was nice to see a few familiar faces & nice to meet some of those that I hear their names- so can now put a face with a name when I hear it.  The supper was very good.  And the meeting was great!  We watched a 20 minute video on Inspirational Speaker.  He was awesome!  Much of what he said could pertain to my stampin' business too.  Gosh- I wish I could have had my team with me to hear it.  When we got home I burnt the midnight oil cutting card stock.

I hope you have a SUPER Sunday!!
Happy Stamping!!

Another Leadership swap......

Hello!
Here is a quick post.....this is another one of my Leadership swaps.  I love the Red, Black & White together.  This card is the same layout as I did for one of my January monthly class cards.  You can see it HERE!

I will update this post with a supply list sometime soon.

I spent my evening burning the midnight oil last night getting caught up on farm bookwork & stamping.

I'm off this morning to meet Kimi & pick up Brayden.  He'll be spending the morning with us- so I'm looking forward to seeing him.

I also have lots of stamping to do today, so I pray that I have good mojo.  I am going to be a stampin' fool!  I'll spend my day creating & cutting for my monthly class I have tomorrow.  Tonight Deke has a meeting to attend & wives were asked to join them- so we'll be headed to Ottumwa for supper & a meeting together.  And when we get back home I'll finish getting ready for my class.

I hope you have a SENSATIONAL Saturday!
Happy Stamping!

I just used a few scraps of card stock, a couple of punches, an ink pad & a stamp set to make this into a card.

Oh I'm so glad that this week is almost over......I know I'm sure tired of the snow & cold.  Yesterday started out to be another kicker of a day.  The boys & I got stuck on one of the side streets in town when heading back out to our home....why- because a city truck was going fast & taking up the road.  I was barely on the edge- but enough to suck me in.  Anyways.....I called Deke's buddy Skunk & he pulled us out- BLESS HIM.  All ended up being fine.....it was just sooo cold & definitely not the way I wanted to start out our day.

Nathan & Brayden stopped out after school & the boys sure had fun playing for about 1 hour last night together.  When they all left I packed up & headed to Cathy's workshop.  I sure enjoyed spending my evening with everyone stamping there.  Cathy is a dear friend & has been a hostess for 13 years now!  We've sure had alot of fun over the years with our kids growing up together & now being able to share our grandma experiences. We definitely have some very fond memories together.

I'm off soon to pick up the boys.  When they go home tonight I'm going to be a stamping fool.  I have my big monthly class on Sunday in N. Liberty & Andrea is the hostess.  Woo hoo!!  I'm praying that I have good mojo.

Gotta run.....
I hope you have a FABULOUS Friday!!
Happy Stamping!

WOW- we awoke yesterday morning to more snow.  That is not what we needed.  It is pretty out.  But so very cold too.  The boys & enjoyed our day inside.  They had fun coloring snowmen.  Nathan & Brayden were here last night & it was great to see them & spend some time together-as I hadn't seen them since last Monday night.  Brayden just amazes me, as he is so smart.  He sure acts like is Papa & Daddy when it comes to numbers.  I just can't believe that he is only in 1st grade & is such a good reader & knows his math so well.

We have -10* below temps this morning.....man is it cold out.  I'm headed out to pick up the boys & spend our day together.....not sure what we'll do.  Maybe we'll try making some snowflakes.

Tonight I'll be sharing my love of my stamping with my friends at Cathy's Stampin' Party!  I can't wait.

I hope you have a very special Thursday!!
Happy Stamping!

It's your day!!

Here is another card I made using the This Day Project Life Mini Card Collection pack.  This is one of the many items in the Sale-a-bration Catalog that you can choose for free with a $50 order.

I stamped the big words from the cool new stamp set- 'Big On You' over the Project Life card, layered it & added a button.  Look how fast & easy that is!  Isn't it a sweet card.  The clouds & sun are images on the Project Life card- cool huh!

The boys & I had a great day!  Gosh- I can't believe how much they changed in less than a week.  Trey even has another bottom tooth, is crawling all over the house & starting to pull himself up to things.  Wow- they grow up too fast.

Last night Deke & I ran to Osky to deposit our hog check.  I got a few groceries while we were there.  We tried to catch up on all of our happenings this past week with each other.  I sure am glad to be home with my family!

I'm off to pick up the boys.  Deke is off to the office today.  Woo Hoo- tonight Brayden will be here after school & I'm so looking forward to seeing him.  Then he & Nathan will be here for supper & visit a bit.  After they leave I'll be a busy stamping bee!  Cathy is hosting her annual Stampin' Party tomorrow night- so I'll be creating & cutting.  I have some fun projects planned for her party & I can't wait to spend my evening stamping with so many of my friends.

I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!
