 I just used some left over strips of DSP to make this card!

And I love how this card ended up turning out! 

So be sure you save all of your strips & use them up!

• Daffodil Delight- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
• Daffodil Delight- 1 1/2" strip- punch out flowers
• Old Olive- 1 3/4" strip- punch out Labeled with Love Punch
• Basic White-  2 1/4" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with 2" Circle Punch
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4" (front of card)

Mixed Media Florals corner fold

This DSP is just so pretty!

These flowers are gorgeous!

 

Check out today's simple corner fold card.

I think it is so cute!

I love the bright cheery colors.

It makes me think of Spring!

 

I used the

 #164638- Mixed Media Florals DSP= $12.50 Online Exclusive

This is a 6x6" piece of the DSP.

(For my card I trimmed it down to a 4 x 5 1/4" piece.)

Notice how the flowers along the right upper edge are upside down.

So that is why I folded the corner down!

Isn't this a great way to use this dsp in a fun way!

I love the way it turned out with this corner fold!

This is what the card looks like when laying all the way opened up/laying flat.

 

This layout uses a  5 1/4 x 6" piece of DSP that I cut.

Below is a photo of the pattern on how to cut the DSP.

Here is the pattern on how I cut the DSP strips.

It is so easy!

5 1/4 x 6" DSP

cut a 2 3/4" piece; 1 1/4" piece & that leaves you a 2" piece!

• Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4"
• Daffodil Delight-  2 1/2 x 5 1/4"- emboss with Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder
• Basic White- 2 1/2" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with Heartfelt Hexagon Punch
• Basic White- 2 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card

NOW you will cut out 1 1/4" squares out of each of the corners.

Cute As Can Bee Center Pop Up

Here is a fun bee card.

It has a center pop up that is so cute!

Look how cute these punched out bees are that are on the inside of the card.

These are what the inside pop up looks like when you open up the card!

 

This is how I made the inside pop up.

I used my Paper Trimmer & scored the top of the card down to the center fold.

I have MARKED where I used the lines on my Paper Trimmer.

The top corner point is at the 1" mark.

AND the bottom point is at the 2" mark.

Here is the pattern on how I made the center pop up.

Basic White- 5 1/4 x 8 1/4"- score in half at 4 1/8".

**NOTE that the score line is on the right side of this photo.

Score approx. 2 1/2" from top of card along the center scored card to the top left corner, 

that is about 1 1/2" from the corner.

• Pool Party- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
