A Happy Hello!!

Wow....this years new Ronald McDonald set- 'Sprinkles of Life' is just so adorable!!  It is such a versatile set & has endless possibilities.  And I love that is has a coordinating punch to go with it. 

Here I've used the coordinating punch- (Tree Builder) to make a cloud.  And I used the Flower Flair framelits to make the sun peeking out behind it.  I saw a card on pinterest using these two images that inspired me when I was making this card.  
 
And check out this new embossing folder too!  It is called- Elegant Dots & has little circle images on it, made with dots.

I literally sat & worked on farm books all day yesterday.  My back was killing me last night, but I worked on stamp stuff that I need to get done.

We are up early this morning to get ready for baby piggies again.  All of the boys will be here.  I'm off here soon to pick them up for the day.  It will be fun & busy day!!

If it doesn't rain too much, tonight Nathan races in Osky.  It is a special race with other car classes & it is expensive- so we are all staying home- except for Nathan, Sarah & Deke.  I'll just have to wait for a text message to find out how he is doing.  I'll spend my night stampin'.

A birthday invite!

Can you believe that our baby Trey is going to ONE already on Friday!!  Oh my gosh....where did the year go?  It just flew by!!  What a sweet little guy he is & how blessed we are.  He is just such a joy!

This is his birthday invite that Manda & I made.  We used some just recently retired products on it...but I still wanted to share it with you.  Isn't it cute!!  Manda got the idea off of Pinterest & of course we changed it some. 

The twins first birthday party theme with Dr. Seuss.....they were "Thing 1" & "Thing 2".  So of course Trey has to be "Thing 3" for his first birthday party too!

We had a full day in the heat on the farm yesterday.  The baby piggies sure are cute!!  Last night we went to Brayden's last ballgame.  He had a really good hit!

Deke if off to meetings all day today!  I'll be wearing another hat & working in the office all day on farm bookwork- trying to get caught up with all of it.  I think we'll finally be home tonight for a change.  Deke will work late on the farm & I'll be spending my night cutting card stock & getting ready for my New Catalog Open Houses that I have coming up again this weekend.

'I Think You Are Great!'

Here is the card that I gave you a peek of yesterday!  It is a fun card showcasing our new 2015-2017 In Colors & some other new products too!!  It is one of the cards everyone gets to make at my New Catalog Open Houses.

• Check out the new stamp set- 'I Think You Are Great'!  Here I've used the 2" Circle punch to punch it out, as I wanted a little white edge around it to help make the words pop out.
• I used the new In Color markers to make the stripes by coloring directly onto the stamp.

OH my!  What a busy weekend I had that was jam packed full of stamping!!!  I'm glad that so many could join me for my New Catalog Open Houses & I look forward to sharing with everyone joining me for my 2 classes I have this coming weekend too!  The new catalog is awesome!!  I think most everyone agrees with me on this!

Deke is gone to meetings all day.  Manda & the boys are here & I hope we get Trey's birthday invites all made & ready to mail out.  I still can't believe that he is going to be 1 soon!!  

Tonight I'll be closing parties & working on my Stampin' Up things.  I have piles & piles to catch up on.

'Lovin' the NEW In Colors!

Here is a quick peek.....sorry- I've had a busy weekend with lots of new catalog parties- so I've had lots of cutting & packing & stuff to do.  I was hoping to have time to get caught up on details on my past posts- but I will get that done sometime soon, so please be patient with me.

I have a house full of ladies joining me this morning for my New Catalog Open House!  I have more joining me this afternoon.  AND I have another Open House event tomorrow afternoon too in N. Liberty!  I am looking forward to seeing everyone, sharing my projects & unveiling the new catalog to them!

I still have lots left I want to get done before everyone gets here.  Gotta run......

Check out the bags I made with our new 'Gift Bag Punch Board'!

Oh wow......I've been playing with the new Gift Bag Punch Board.  Shown here I have 3 bags that I made the other night.  (left to right)

•  Large- 6 x 12"
• Medium- 6 x 11"
• Small- 6 x 10"

So as you can see there all the same height, but they are different widths.  Isn't it cute how I scored 1" along the top edge of them & turned it down.  You can make them any size you want.....it all depends on what size the paper is that you start out with.  They can be tall & skinny, short & fat- you name it! 

Yesterday I shared with you a new patterned paper (polka dots & script wording).  Yes this is the "other pattern" of the NEW Designer Series 12x12 Paper Stacks that I told you I'd share today.  This is the stripes & flowers print.  I just love all of these new patterns.  And I'm thrilled that they are available in all of our 52 colors=

I had a busy & fun day yesterday with all of the boys.  It was so nice out that we played outside for quite awhile.  Our swing set got a working out- that is forsure.  It was a prefect day to be out.  The weather couldn't have been any nicer!

Deke is home today to work on the farm.  He will be powerwashing all day, as we're trying to get everything all cleaned & ready for our new baby piggies that come next week on Tuesday & Thursday.  He worked late again last night working on things since he's been gone to so many meetings during the day this whole week. 

The building crew is to be here all day to work on our new hog shed too.  The walls are formed up & ready to pour the cement into for the 2 walls that we have to replace.  The cement truck is suppose be here to get the cement poured into them this morning & then the crew will start setting the poles for the building!  Woo Hoo!!

I have the "day off work" today & will be wearing my other hat & stampin' the day AND night away getting ready for my New Catalog Open Houses that I have coming up.  I have the new stamp sets all picked out that I want to use.....and some ideas in my head for the designs, so I'm hoping I have good mojo & all just falls into place.  It is just so much fun to play with new stampin' products.  I feel like a kid in a candy store & don't know what to pick out & do first. 

Last night I did get one project all ready to go!  Each year I like for everyone to have a sample of our new In Colors that are just being released.  So I made a super cute new In Color Book Mark......and they are all printed, cut, stamped & ready for everyone to finish punching out & assembling them.  This is a bonus project for everyone attending my classes this weekend & next weekend.  I hope everyone likes it!

Tonight Brayden has a ball game- so I'll run in town for the hour to watch him & his team play.  The Seeley boys are excited about getting to go too to watch him.  I think we are going to take a blanket & can sit on the ground tonight instead of the bleachers for a change & see how that goes.  

Ok....off I go....I am on a mission & I am praying that I have good mojo!!

Lovin' the NEW DESIGNER SERIES PAPER!

Here is a cute card that shows off our pretty new Designer Series 12x12 Papers Stack.  Each Stack has 40 sheets (2 each of 2 double sided designs) in 10 different colors.  Here you can see 2 different designs with the polka dots on one side & the script words on the other side.

The other design is stripes on one side & little flowers on the other side.

Susie's Hair Hut was open for business last night & I got Steven's hair cut.  I then stamped for awhile & got some cards made that I needed to get in the mail today.  Brayden stayed with us last night & his Papa Mark picked up him early this morning to go with him for awhile & he'll come back later to spend the day & play with the boys.

Deke is off to a meeting again this morning.  And I'm off to get ready for my boys!

Tonight I'll be burning the midnight oil (hopefully I'll feel like it) working on projects & getting ready for my New Catalog Open Houses!  

My severe spring time allergies are just kicking me in the butt with so many farmers mowing & baling hay the past couple of weeks.  I am a true farm girl, but this time of year I wish I lived in town & could breath.  My allergy meds are helping some- but not near enough.  My eyes are all red & itchy too, on top of my bad cough &.....I'm just a mess & miserable.  And on top of it all, with this darn prednisone it won't let me sleep & I've seen every minute on the clock almost all night long.  Gosh...I've taken allergy shots & medicine year round, sine I've been 8 years old or so....and I should be use to this....but it has been 4 years since my allergies have been quite this bad & turned into walking pneumonia. 

Gotta run.......

A new stamp set & coordinating DSP!

This is a new set in the catalog, along with the coordinating designer paper.  Honestly- I don't think I ever would have even gave this set a 2nd look until I saw all of these cute samples that were shared at our SHARE FAIR in  Hawaii.

I'm sorry that I can't remember who the amazing demonstrator was that shared at this table & created all of these projects for us.  But look closely at her folds & her color combinations.  They are super cute!  These veggies/fruits have cute words on them.  

I helped Deke yesterday morning with the hogs & headed back to the house as soon as I could.  He knew that I didn't feel well.....but glad that I was able to help him.  He had a very long day & didn't get in until 11 last night.  
 
I apologize for not sharing today anything that I'd created/stamped.  Hopefully I will be a little better today & feel like stamping some.  I didn't even cut Steve's hair last night- so Susie's Hair Hut will be open for business tonight after work (or that is the plan anyways).  I have gotten caught up on some of my bookwork.....but I'm not done yet.   I'm just not up to par yet.  My darn medicine (prednisone) is keeping me awake.  I want to sleep....but I sure haven't the past 2 nights.  I am use to not getting tons of sleep, but at least before when I was in bed & was asleep, I slept like a rock.  That sure isn't the case now.  I am hoping my cough is better & I have more energy & that I am on the uphill side soon.  I have LOTS to do in the next 2 days to great ready for my 3 New Catalog Open Houses that I have coming up this weekend.

Deke is off to meetings today.  Then tonight is our race night in Osky.  As of now I'm not planning to go racing.  I hate missing them though.  I just don't think I need to be out in the damp night air yet.  We'll see how my day goes & how I feel when it is time for everyone to leave.  It is just hard to stay home & miss spending a night with our whole family.  I treasure our time spend together.

Hopefully the 3 Seeley boys are better today too.  Poor Drake has been the sickest.  They have coughs, ear infection & the flu....and none of us were sick all winter long.  But it sure has hit us this past week.  I'm ready for us all to be back to normal.
